IN COURT: Fake Boko Haram Leaders Promise Peace For N70m
Three men alleged to be fake leaders of the outlawed Boko Haram sect were on Wednesday arraigned before the Maiduguri High Court for allegedly defrauding Aisha Alkali Wakil, a member of the defunct Presidential Committee on Peaceful Resolution of Security Challenges in the North.
